When Obama (or the rest of our backstabbing leaders in Washington) open his mouth, you can bet he is lying. They are all a bunch of crooks laughing all the way to the bank courtesy of the US taxpayer.

    lying is compulsive among dems.

  6. Carla says:

He just sent orders (a basic outline of what he wants accomplished) out to the House & Senate to write bills. . . he is too busy traveling abroad to actually read these things.

  7. Kiran C says:

He does not have the bill memorized. Also, the Heritage Foundation is giving bogus analysis of that section. After a certain date new enrollments must have policies that follow the new law. There is nothing repressive about that. If you have insurance, nothing changes.

It’s the old scare them tactic used by Hitler to great effect on the Germans in the 1930’s. People are willing to give up freedom for security.

    he is the greatest.
he lies with a straight face. , because he speaks well.
clinton did the same. he spoke well.

I would doubt your news sources.

right now estimates show approximately 83 million would lose their private healthcare plans. . . we all know that’s probably a lowball figure. . . also for everybodies reference, the dem plan includes covering 12 million illegal immigrates when they originally said they wouldn’t because they feared it would be an “explosive” issue.

“THANK GOD FOR THE ALTERNATIVE MEDIA”

  13. Golfer says:

Obama and any far left can’t tell you the complete truth because the American people would never allow the government to take over everything. We still like our freedom. Some are waking up to the fact Obama is taking over all the main producers in America.

  14. WinonaGal says:

We are supposed to believe him and not read the bills ourselves. The sheer volume of these bills, I saw a stack of paper about 10 inches high on the desk of Glenn Beck yesterday on FOX, is supposed to discourage you or I from even thinking about reading it all.
Buried deep inside certain pages are things that are very scary, though, so we are lucky that some news people are combing through it, I guess.
I heard about certain things that were really “interesting”.
    - The UAW gets to keep their own plan, why would that be? Guess they are the Prima Donna’s and better than the rest of us?
-if you change jobs, you will have to go on the government plan and will not be allowed to take the one at your company, why?
-if you are newly coming into the workforce and were on your parent’s insurance before, you can’t keep that insurance, you have to take the government plan

Just a few tidbits I heard. . . . but it looks like they would hope to phase out all private insurance in the next 5 – 10 years. So much for freedom of choice. Gosh, what is freedom of choice anyway?
