It’s historic that the sitting president not speak at his party’s convention. But Bush’s low approval rating is also historic (among other things from his administration). Maybe the party felt his speaking would do more harm than good.

This sort of amazes me. Four years ago Bush could have stepped in sheet and couldn’t have lost. FINALLY people woke up out of this 8 year slumber and realized just what a schmuck Bush is and has been for the past 8 yrs and before that.
I’ve been watching the convention on PBS, the ONLY network bothering to carry it. Not even the fabled Fox is bothering to carry the GOP convention which I find nothing short of astonishing. Even Murdock, the biggest penis head on planet Earth isn’t carrying the convention. . HA! Doesn’t this just PESS you off Repukes?
