President Obama: Many Americans are talking about a coupla things that we would like to see happen. One, why are we not implementing a Value Added Tax, like my cousin says he experiences in many European countries?? Most Europeans have got used to it and like it!!!! We do it for cigarettes, and alcohol here, so why not do the same for all products?? Another thing, Europeans equally enjoy exercise facilities, whether they are poor or rich!! The government helps subsidise, according to income!
President Obama: Many of us cannot afford some very basic niceties in life that the wealthy have!! We all know, exercise is good for everyone! Many of us are shut out of health clubs, because of the inability to pay!! Why not implement financial aid, or subsidy programs that poor Americans can apply for? Things like health assistance programs (YMCA), similar to financial aid which many Americans are receiving right now!!!! This plan would drive down health care costs, saving billions!!!!
