I’m a talent scout. I train, manage, and develop leaders. I’m always on the look out for people to head up organizations in their area, earning tens of thousands per month and people who support them earning a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per month. The income is dependent however, on their drive and level of seriousness. If you’re dependable, committed, and coachable, you definitely have what it takes to be a talent scout too!

I don’t know about other talent scouts or companies but I know ours capitalizes on market trends and turns profits!
