For other readers here, the rule of thumb for cutting weight is like 10% water weight cut, given the person is in shape, etc.
So if it is 170lbs weigh in, fight night over 187lbs
and if it is 178lbs weigh in, fight night over 196lbs.

What Miller needs is some credible wins at Middleweight since he Refuses to come to the Champion’s weight.
