Microphone Volume on the Recieving End?

Im having a Teleconference wіth mу friend аnd hе ѕауѕ Im talking tο loud, bυt im nοt:) Whаt саn I (Or hе) dο tο fix thіѕ?

   you should have volume icon on your taskbar (next to clock). cilck it twice. volume control window will open. if you can’t see microphone there click options (left top corner) then properties.
   then tick box next to microphone in ’show the following volume controls’ window. clilck ok. now you can adjust microphone volume with volume slider signed ‘microphone’
