Is it possible to see a person on the other line (using a cell) if the other caller doesnt have it?

Lіkе іn a conference call іѕ іt possible tο dο thаt wіth cell phones. Whеrе one person саn see whаt thе οthеr іѕ doing frοm a cell.

   AT&T has some phones that have streaming video capabilities which is almost real time – both users have to have cell phones that have the capability, and both of them have to be in an area where the network speeds support this (u can get that info by checking the website for 3G in the area where phone would be used, or call and ask cs to check for u) -

   If you get phones that have this, it’s a good idea to start out with an unlimited data plan so you don’t get huge bills – they can transfer a lot very quickly.
