    5 hours later 01:00, 20:00 is 8pm
    est is gmt -5

    EST is 5 hours behind GMT – therefore 2000hrs EST will be 0100GMT. Have fun!

    Grenwich Mean Time is ahead of the USA regardless of what time zone you are in. . . if your conference is 20:00 hrs it’s going to be awfully late at night/early in the morning in the UK

    london is 5 hours ahead of the east coast. 20 hours= 8pm +5 =1am . thats going to be a late night for someone. just remember its +5, from usa east coast to london, and -5 from london to the east coast!
