Truly, whаt I аm bringing tο thе table more thеn anything іѕ thаt I ѕtаrtеd a scholarship program called thе Quarter Campaign, аnd I wουld lіkе tο publicize thіѕ іdеа, nοt myself. It’s hard to help you because I don’t know exactly what you’re trying to pitch to Oprah. I know they sometimes do specials on young talent, but you might need another hook to get on the show. Why don’t you update your question with exactly what it is you want to bring to the show? Also, if Oprah’s not interested in your idea, there are other shows out there. I would suggest you move on. In publicity, you have to get used to the fact that not everyone will be interested in you, but there’s more than one game in town!
It is not that hard to get the numbers to producers from ANY show. So if your idea does not go through to Oprah- Look into all of your options. If your idea is really that great someone will adopt it along the way with no worries!
Being as young as you are, I would not worry too much about presentation. You seem intelligent and it would be a great selling point to have you market your idea yourself. After all, your age is what makes part of your idea so impressive!
