How can you remove an echo from a meeting room?

Wе hаνе a smart board (meeting) room іn ουr office bυt аѕ аll thе surfaces аrе hard thеrе іѕ a severe echo (reverberation) expecially whеn mаkіng conference calls οn speaker phone саn anyone suggest a product οr a company tο solve thіѕ іn London?

    Put carpet on the floors.
    Put an acoustic tile ceiling in.
    Possibly install the acoustic tiles on the wall. Maybe cork-board.

    Anything to break up the hard, flat lines of the room.

    by putting crouton in the wall n make the surface random so that if voice falls on the surface of wall it will return to different direction n there will be no echo anymore.

    u can also think any other way to make surface of wall in such a way that the voice return in different direction. . .

    Just hang some Tick curtain and do what the other guys her suggest you to do

    hang any articles on the walls that are soft, tapestry, curtains on the windows, oil paintings.

    drape the chairs with cloth. throws, pillows, covers

    install acoustic tiles on the ceiling

    put a braided rug under the conference table

    Add a Drop cieling, drapes, and carpet

    Soft wall coverings of some sort, drapes and even tall plants can all help with the reverb. Placing tall bushy plants (real or fake) in the corners can often solve the problem.
