@chrisbpinkus disregard that, i was either drunk or trolling at the time.

@proberush A line of linux code is more powerful than anything Steve Jobs has to say. Rubin is clever in a sense that his reply IS the proof. Clear and concise messages are better than Jobs’ long winded, colorfully worded mouthbarf.

@Shaoshyant1 Over 20 million iPhone4 sold scared I guess. Apple is confident enough not to release an iPhone5 in the market place yet. If someone infringes your patent, you’d sue them. Google has stepped on the shoe of not just Apple, but Microsoft and Oracle. You’d think a multi billion dollar company like Google would be more conscientious about that. After all, if someone infringes on Google’s search algorithm, Google would use all its powers to sue that someone – and it’d be justifiable.

a news report on a line of linux code? seriously?

  9. Shaoshyant1 says:

He should be getting scared. . with the Droid Bionic coming out soon. . and apple is just now announcing an iphone5 for later this year? Sorry steve. . your a tad bit late. The Bionic will be the device to beat this year. The android phones that are coming down the pipes are clearly above apples ability to innovate. Next he’ll try to sue. . . .

Nothing jeopardizes innovation like the desire to be like everyone else.
