I had a coworker who setup his webcam at work. We were in a basement office with no windows. It was very rare for someone to come down to our office even though we did tech support. He decided to get on a webcam with a woman in a very personal sort of way. My wife and I both worked in the office and our boss was talking to us as we opened the door to find him going to town. . .
He did not get fired or any disciplinary action, but did have to clean up his desk.
Another time he was talking to some girl on yahoo who started to strip. He told her he was all alone even though there were two other people in the office. We snuck up behind him and got in the webcam shot. The girl freaked out and put her clothes on so quick. We told her it was an office and she shouldn’t be talking to a weird guy like Tilak anyway.
