If they find he doped up, then he should NOT be declared the winner of the Tour de France. No excuses.
I can’t seriously imagine anyone in that sport especially, taking performance enhancing drugs when they KNOW that they will be tested upon winning. WHY would they do that, knowing full well they WILL be tested.
It doesn’t make sense and I don’t believe he did it.
