Yeah. Add everyone to your address book on skype, and start a conference call (you should be able to call everyone at once). If they try to reveal numbers to each other you can drop them from the call and reinvite them. Skype does not make dialing noises or show the phone number to landline callers while in conference; any Skype user IN the conference can see the other numbers. Your phone number would show up on their caller IDs as (000) 012 3456.
Also, you could have an all skype conference; just check their profiles before starting it to make sure they don’t list their phone numbers, business names, or addresses. However, they can private IM each other separately from the conference in skype- I wouldn’t recommend it.
Go with the first route. Skype is owned by eBay and takes PayPal, and international rates are largely reasonable. Just make sure you have adequate Skype balance for the call!a
